Dornfelderドルンフェルダーの一覧

1955年にドイツで交配作出された赤ワイン用品種。その当時20世紀前半ドイツでポピュラーだった赤品種、ポルトギーザ、レンベルガー、フリューブルグンダー、トロリンガーの4種の血を　1/4ずつ等分に受け継いだ品種。非常に濃いルビー色とタンニン含有量の多い味わいを併せ持つ品種で、余市の土壌に適った品種とも言えます中重で豊かな香りと味のふくらみを感じて頂けると思います。お肉料理などに良く合います。
